In cases where we are involved in advising and/or operationally supporting our client and we believe in their excellent prospects, we are open to deploy our own capital on a market-conform basis.

In such an event, our client will be best served by an alignment of interest and a structure devoid of conflicts of interest, so as to protect the reputation and independence of all parties involved.
